If You Are On Regular Medication

You may also need to fill out the Anti-Doping Medication Form if you use any drugs on the "Banned Substances List". (This is the "Attachment A" referred to by the individual membership form). Anti-doping regulations relate to the use not only of clearly illicit drugs such as muscle-building steriods, but also medications such as asthma and ADHD treatments.

If you have any doubts, have a look at the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) web site. They list all the relevant medications under their "Medications Status" menu item.
